Stretching and Jump Rope

Following a couple rounds on the heavy bags we then partner students and give you boxing pads or a kick shield. Now we perform partner drills with one partner holding punching pads while the other is pounding away on them and bobbing and weaving in between. New kickboxers will have easier combos while our girls that have been with us longer have more difficult combos. In your very first class you will find out that holding for a partner isn’t a rest period . Its almost just as challenging as hitting them.

Your abdominals will already be feeling all the kicks and punches you’ve thrown. We still take time to work on our ladies’ midsections and do some abdominal work. siccors, Planking, medicine ball slams,.

and twists make you feel the burn and get your midsection toned for bikini season.


Now its time to pick up some free weights. This is a great way to build some muscle while pushing your body to burn extra calories. Doing both cardio and weight lifting in the same workout will help tone and define your arms, back, and shoulders. Punching will help define your arms but after a few rounds on the boxing bag grabbing a set of dumbbells and following along with the group will help you achieve the sculpted and toned arms you’re searching for.


Cool off

We end our sessions with some yoga and high fives for a job well done. In an hour of Boxing you burned more calories than you could running on a fitness treadmill, stationary bike, or lifting weights.


Each aspect of our workouts will train the major muscles of the body. The combination of using the muscles in such a fast manner tones as well as develops a stamina that can accelerate the metabolism.
